Items are ordered from overseas by batches. I submit the orders based on who pay the deposit 1st. There is a queue based on the date you pay the deposit. Thus, please do not expect you pay today and you get the item tomorrow.
It take 2-4 weeks AFTER SHIPMENT DATE for the item to arrive to my hand. I will update you when is the shipment date. sometime you pay deposit on 5th May, the shipment date will be on 31st May so you will receive you item LATEST by mid June [EXAMPLE]. PLEASE TAKE NOTE THIS SERIOUSLY : The time frame is NOT INCLUDED IF THE PARCEL IS BE HOLD BY CUSTOM (Kastam)

If you have email/PM me and no respond from me in TWO WORKING DAYS kindly PM or email be again,in case your email gets flagged as Spam.
To confirm your order, deposit payment has to be made within 48 hours after you received my notification email for deposit payment.
For SPANX (or any bodyshaper) booking, a FAILURE to make payment within 24 HOURS after I've emailed you, the item will be released to the next person in the queue. In case you make payment after 24 hours and your item has been released to next person, your money will be refunded.
1st pay 1st serve basis. Order will be cancelled if I do not receive your deposit payment after 48 hours.
Item(s) ordered cannot be cancelled or exchanged after your order(s) have been submitted (You will receive the notification once your item already in the shipment)
Deposit is not refundable, unless the item is out of stock. In that case I will inform you.
The shipping usually takes 3 to 4 weeks to reach me. Please bare in your mind for overseas items; shipping delays might happen due to unforeseen shipment and custom clearance delays. I will inform you if shipping takes longer than usual.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER IF YOUR ARE UNABLE TO WAIT FOR THE SHIPMENT TO ARRIVE OR YOU EXPECT IMMEDIATE DELIVERY OF ITEM(S), TO AVOID ANY FRUSTRATION.
Please bare in your mind the risk of pre-order items. I will not hold responsible for complaints such as not as nice as imagine, too small or too big for your size, result and quality not as good as imagine.
Please make sure the size that you request is correct and suitable for you. I will not responsible for any wrong size given UNLESS mistakes order is from my side.
The item is NOT REFUNDABLE if the item is in good condition prior to postage. Also if you want to change color/size that specifically like you have ordered in the 1st place when the item already arrived safely at your place. (Unless I'm the one who send you the wrong color/size, then you are allowed to change.)
I have right to put your item on SALE if you do not claim your item after 3 months from it arrives without informing you in advance and deposit will be not refunded unless you notify me that you will claim your item after 3 months or you do an instalment.
Postage will be done on Friday/Saturday ONLY. Request for postage other than mentioned day(s) will not be entertained.
PLEASE PROVIDE ME YOUR ADDRESS PROPERLY. I will not responsible for the items that do not arrive to you if you do not write your address properly.
